I'll introduce you to the most concise and effective methods of meditation and a

simple, accessible style of yoga.  Class can be taken online during a work break.

No clothing changes needed, and each class is 30 min. in duration, accessible to all with

simple, direct instruction that is engaging and lighthearted.
